Collection: Superga

Founded in Turin in 1911, Superga is best known for vulcanized rubber footwear—but its archive also includes a short, cult chapter in apparel thanks to Massimo Osti. In 1996–98, Osti (C.P. Company, Stone Island) was invited to shape Superga Sportswear, designing image-defining garments for A/W 1997–98 and S/S 1998. These pieces—often labeled “Designed by Massimo Osti”—translated his language of utility, technical fabrication, and research-driven construction into everyday outerwear and layers, creating a bridge between Superga’s sport heritage and Italian industrial design.
For collectors, Superga by Massimo Osti sits alongside his late-90s projects as a concise, highly sought-after capsule: compact runs, pragmatic details, and the clear imprint of Osti’s methodology (function first, form refined). Archival jackets and tops from this period are valued as rare evidence of Osti’s influence beyond C.P. and Stone Island, making Superga’s apparel archives a quiet essential in Italian technical clothing history.
